Sister board Armada is down?

I'm getting a 403 Forbidden error when trying to access the sister board on this site for Star Trek Armada.
https://www.armadafleetcommand.com/onscreen/armada/
Was there only enough funding to save the BoTF board?
I'm not privy to the history of this site from before 9 years ago, but I always wondered why there were two separate boards with separate login databases instead of Armada and BotF being subforums on the same board.

We are aware and working on issue.

The armada forum is still intact, but causing high usage of resources.

we are unsure when armada will be back online at this time though.

I just hit the same issue and am glad to see an answer..

I always thought it was weird they were 2 separate forums too..
