The error occurs only after clicking that empty sitrep line, so easy to be bypassed.

What exactly happened there?
This is a build queue empty sitrep in Landris, but you should not have gotten this sitrep, since Landris was destroyed, not captured...
Did you bombard the colony?

It was an extremely small colony, so the whole population was eradicated during a troops' assault.

BTW, are you interested in a map of another highly unlucky Roms' homeworld placement?

Heh, one of those "unlucky" starts... A couple of large minor homesystems are blocking their expansion to nearby systems.
I'll see if I can adapt the station construction AI to handle this better.
