What does the first value stand for in the spreadsheet?
In the table with the ship's data, generated by the Ultimate Editor, for example, the Mirander (a Federation destroyer) lists "1x4x15" for beams and "1x3x28" for torpedoes. What does the "1" stand for?

I don't understand, what's stated by the ressources mentioned by you. Mind to wrap up the core aspect of this first value?

No problem, the first one is a reference to UE source code for the HTML beam printout, and the second one is the forum documentation I found for the weapon multipliers. Guess you might consider it a hidden multiplier on how effective some weapon type is beside of the printed damage value.

It's a multiplier, what's the question?
I have no idea why it was invented or where it is in use. I have never messed with it myself but could imagine some mods are using it. Anyway, just for in case it is used by some mod already is a good reason to be included in the UE ship stats.
