How do you edit the diplomat information?

I want to change some of the diplomat information that shows up from other minor races anyone one known how? For example When the Selay join you they will say something like this. (We will be very pleased to join you. Let the Anticans beware!) I want to change what they say but not sure were the info is hidden in botf

I tryed using Ultimate Editor and did a serach for Anticans beware! in both cdiplomat.tdp and Lexicon files without any findings Can anyone help

you can find that in the "minor1-9.tdb" files not sure witch one though it has been a long time. scroll down in game txt.
