about the combat drone movement.

Hello all, i have been fiddling with replacing various aliens with new ones. My issue is with the combat drone. I have replaced the combat drone with a Borg Starbase, i have named it borg transwarp hub. I set the combat drone to have zero agility (0.0) hoping that it would not move at all in a combat encounter. Its a funny thing watching a starbase so big that 25 galaxy class battleships could hide in it travel as fast as a scout!

My question, is there a way to stop the combat drone alien/monster from moving at all?
