Thanks, I'll check it out immediately.
I'll try to release a new patch soon which might be useful for a later stage of your new game.

Fixed this. Thanks for the save!
I still need to improve the minor civs proposing membership code... they need to choose the empire better. I hate the diplo code

I'll look into the other issue.

I know that you will hate me, but there is still a problem with parallel or pending diplomatic proposals.

I have a save from turn 230, if needed. I have started a new game after the last patch.

Yes please. I suppose you don't have one from the turn before the issue, right? If not, 230 will have to do.

I have a slightly closer save, this time from turn 276, because identical situations happened again in the same game in turns 278-279, involving the Klaestrons and again the Dominion. So I assume it's the Changelings doing. Would blood samples of my family help?

BTW, please have a look at the Klingons, their "expansion" is unusual even for them.

ROTFLMAO
Thanks for the save, I'll check it.

Yea, they're exactly the same as in your previous save. They started in a very small cluster, and the AI is not good at handling that.

Hi fellow AFC-ler. I missed tons of post and can't process them currently. To this Supremacy AI issue:

BotF has a similar problem. There I suspect a sequel/child task issue.
E.g. terraform before colonize or build base to reach colonize or invade target coordinates. Core issue is inability to cross a gap requiring more than one station. So in vanilla BotF and ECM (colony ships and TTs med range) the AI gets stuck until propulsion tech increases so that the double med range (one planed gap station) can reach desired coordinates. I'm sure you can handle this or similar issues in Supremacy.
I don't know how many bugs is too many but that point is reached somewhere before however many in BotF is....

Well, at some point they did build a construction ship,
► Show Spoiler
With so few systems, it's hard to get to colony ship II for extended range too.

Fixed. I think it should cover all possible situations, but needs to be checked.

Just to let you know - in both cases I reported I was able to convince both races, the Selay and the Klaestrons, to break their membership treaties.
After that in both cases they were immediately my affiliates. So it looks that the affiliation and the membership were somehow valid for the whole time.

Hmm, that should not be happening, as all agreements with all the other empires are terminated on membership.

If you have a savegame close to such a situation, I'd like to take a look.
Sorry about always asking for savegames, but your huge maps take a lot of time to process turns.

I just checked with your turn 276 save, and in fact the Selay have both agreements (affiliation with you and membership with Dominion) active - but that's probably because the competing proposals issue had not been fixed yet; hence when the membership is terminated, the affiliation is still active.
But not the Klaestrons, for them it's already fixed, they only have one agreement active.
So this is probably already fixed - but not released yet.

Another diplo case - maybe that's OK, but I am reporting just to be sure.

The Zakdorn has just become a member of the mighty Romulan Star Empire, but the above screenshot shows that they are still at war with the Feds and their allies. No treaty between the Feds and the Roms. The Zakdorn declared that war a couple of turns after leaving the Federation.
A save from the turn I proposed the membership to the Zakdorn:
SP Romulans Huge Irregular 347.zip
It is the closed save I have:
SP Romulans Huge Irregular 335.zip
I bribed the Klaestrons in turn 337 (5000 of credits) and after that they left the Dominion.
