Constant crashes

New computer. Windows 11. Downloaded the new installer.

1. The game doesn't always start. Sometimes I need to double -click or hit enter
2. Usually crashes around turn 70. Reloading the game and I might get 1 more turn before the crash happens again.

might be a corrupt download? uninstall and re-download and re-install

what version was installed? vanilla or mod
