Boot file disappearance

hi there,

I seem to be encountering an issue with he Trek boot file. When I have played the game a few times the Trek boot file disappears. has anyone else had this issue?

You mean the trek.exe file?

Sounds like either your install is corrupted, or you have a broken virus scanner. If a virus scanner false detects trek.exe it might move it to a quarantaine, but it already should do so the first time you lunch the game if not before.
With a broken install, I think I have even seen windows removing the file after some crashes that were considered harmful. This might either happen by modding, or by a corrupted download.

what antivirus software?

most antivirus software will have option to upload file to them for more detailed scan and if found safe they will remove from quarantine list.
