Terraforming stalls game

-Hey all. I've tried terraforming in Mirror and Error versions of game, and in both when i select a Terraform order for a ship it stalls the game. Have to restart. Any fix for this/known issue?

This only happens when using Klingons, now that i've had time to mess with it.

This only happens when using Klingons, now that i've had time to mess with it.
no known issue I have heard of.

just tested latest beta installer on ECM without issue

Uninstalled, reinstalled, fixed it.
