I just uploaded an updated version of the manual to the Downloads page.
It's not complete yet, not by a long shot. But it's a lot better (as in, with recent/accurate information) than the previous version.
Some parts are still incomplete, like the Diplomacy screen, the Intelligence screen, the ToDo part.
Please take a look and give feedback - what can be improved or made clearer, any typos or awkward sentences, any wrong or outdated information or images, etc. Whatever can be improved, please post here.
There's still tons of information that needs to be added, this is a work in progress.

If there aren't any obvious errors, we'll update the site soon.
